The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Bobby Chakraborty, a renowned social activist and anti-addiction programme, an actor, a trainer at SAMPAI, and formerly a Marine Engineer, who has been actively involved in de-addiction initiatives across the country. In an engaging and interactive session, “I Am The King of My Mind”, the activist shared powerful real-life stories, facts, and statistics highlighting the dangers of substance abuse, tobacco, and alcohol consumption. The speaker emphasized the psychological, social, and physical consequences of addiction, especially among youth. Consequently, Mr. Chakraborty’s 466th Anti-Addiction programme concluded with a solemn pledge.
